This is our "go to" restaurant when we are here for the winter......the food, selection and presentation is excellent.....Friendly and efficient service make this an outstanding culinary experience.
Today we had a concern with our waiter which we did not see coming. The manager, who was working the floor, was informed about our concern....She handled it very professionally and turned a unpleasant experience into a very positive and enjoyable experience....
Everyone has a bad day.....but in the dining industry it must be brutal.....however we left feeling very happy with how it was handled and will differently be back and will recommend this restaurant......
