DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAMMI'S PLACE!!!! They are unprofessional, rude, liars, and DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS! We are a small radio business and we did business with one of the owners, they signed a contract and of course they were expected to pay a balance. Its been 8 MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID. The owners are never there and we have left messages but they are never returned. The manager Shannon was rude and disconnected the call on me. Very poor management skills and their service is horrible. I was only able to speak with the owner Sabrina once and she promised to pay on a certain date. I gave her two weeks, she told me the situation and I gave her sufficient time and even lowered the balance to help her out. Yet we never received anything - that was a month ago. DO NOT EAT or do business at this place. I have never in my life experience people like this.

WOW..our family loves sAmI'S.. CLEAN :FRIENDLY SERVICE EVERYTIME we dine there. i love the atmosphere; English speaking waitresses and waiters; REAL MEXICAN food and the best fajitas deal in town Every Saturday faijitas and drink $5.25. Yall GOTTA try it :)

DEAR BUSINESS OWNER(S)--I ordered chicken fajitas and received literally 5 pieces of cold chicken that looked like had been scraped from leftover plate. I didnt send it back(who wants to anger that staff?)As I was PAYING,(hard earned money)I was asked how it was. I then aired my complaints nicely(Im a professional) and the lil boy said'Sorry...nothing I can do. I then suggested he inform his cook to the quality of food he is SELLING.He said" If I do that, I be hit in head with skillet.WHAT????He then asked if i wanted to leave a complaint in writing. I declined(who has time)He then said I was rude and could leave now.NO CLASS! GROSS FOOD! This place will be out of business very soon allowing RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL staffers to represent THEIR name & business. I was insulted and will tell ALL of my clients and customers in the area about my experience. LITTLE TANNER SHOULD BE PUT IN HIS PLACE, AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS.

It was a Sunday, so normally we expected a wait for a table. That was only 5 minutes. But, that's when the real wait began. We ordered as soon as the unfriendly waitress approached our table (second Sunday in a row with the same unfriendly waitress with an attitude) then watched as three other tables were waited upon and served their food; all three arriving long after us. Surprisingly, the waitress did apologize for the lengthy wait. Upon addressing the manager (owner?) and sharing the amount of time we had to wait for our food, she was quick to respond, "an hour and a half wait? Yep, that's about right". I then shared with her that two (even though it was actually three) other tables arrived long after we had and all received their food promptly before us. She didn't respond at all. No apology, no words such as "Gee, I hope you will continue to eat here since you have been here in the past year on a fairly regular basis, etc." Nothing. Reverse that, her only response was to tell me what my total owed was. As if she and her establishment were doing me a huge favor or something by allowing me to patronize their restaurant. On a positive note, the food here is good, and the prices are reasonable, but the extremely long wait (70 minutes after ordering), and the pathetic response by the manager has left me very disappointed and as a result, we will never return and will be sure to advise all our friends to not return either. They're not worth it when you consider all the other better-run establishments out there in the area.

I'm glad my life didn't depend upon this place for any type of emergency because the results would have been fatal. This place is not real Mexican-American, the decor is lousy, the staff "family" likes to chat behind the cashier counter while customers wait (TACKY), and there is one waitress that is quickly driving this restaurant establishment down the tubes. My family and I ate here recently and upon arriving I noticed they were filled to about 70% capacity. But to wait over 45 minutes for our food while watching others get served who had arrived after we did??? Poor, poor business practice. We will never eat here again and will suggest to our friends and business partners to never support this place either -- that is, unless, they like wasting their valuable time watching others eat..!
