I recently visited KFC/Taco Bell in Fayette, Alabama Sunday, April 7, 2019. First thing I did was go to the restroom and washed my hands, and when I came out and stepped up to the counter a very, very obese cahier asked me if I ordered a large order and I said "NO", I was still looking at the menu. She mumbled something about getting off work in 15 minutes.
I then ordered combo T-7, to go ( Drink, soft taco and a quesadilla ) with the total coming to $6.88. I gave the lady $7, and received 12 cents in change. I waited and waited. A half dozen drive thru orders were filled, and a gentleman that came in after me had his order filled. A man and lady then came in and it was several minutes before their order was taken, and while waiting we exchanged glances, frustration showing on my our faces. After their order was taken they sat at a table, and we still exchanged glances.
A very well dressed black gentleman came in and he received his order very promptly and sat down. I was still standing and waiting.

Finally the manager handed me what I assumed was my order. She asked if I wanted it in a plastic bag and I said "NO", as I was in a hurry to get back home in Mt. Olive, some 50 or 60 miles away. About 20 miles, I reached in the bag to grab my soft taco and found I had , tacos, nachos, a burrito, crispas……..

I had traveled too far to go back. I guess it was partly my fault for not checking the bag on the spot, but I was in a great hurry to get back on the road, and was frustrated and disappointed by others coming in, getting served so quickly after I had a ordered something so simple that should NOT have taken that long, not to mention all that were served in the drive thru.
I WILL NOT go back there and intend to notify the corporate office.

This place is so unorganized and nasty!!! it has been plenty of times where I come in and there are 3 workers working their tails off while the manager sits back and watch them struggle going from one place to another. There's always so many people waiting for their food and it takes them forever to bring it to you. It could be the simplest thing and you will not get it until 20 minutes later. As a manager I know how it can be, but each position should have a worker. We, as in managers, when help is required we need to step in instead of over working these employees. Our job is to MANAGE. As you see it's in the word MANAGER. And I mean really, What type of manager lets sick employees work at a restaurant, when you know us costumers are watching them, why have them work If you know they are sick? Send them home. Don't let them cook our food, especially after they have sneezed and wiped there nose. Now that's just plain out unacceptable. There's no excuse for that. The #1 rule in a restaurant is good hygiene. This is not the first time i've seen an employee working sick and making my food. This will be my last time here. Im surprise this store hasn't shut down yet because it needs to be. All i here is negative things pertaining to this store.
