please advise all the cooks of they leave the food area for aany reason to please wash their hands before they start fixing orders. the food is great but cleanness is better. i came in the other day i came in to order and one of the server was sitting at table and he got right up and started fixing plates without washing his hands. thats not good at all.

Best food and best service - I ordered their BBQ pork for a party I had - and it was AMAZING! Everybody raved over it! Steve is wonderful to work with, and helped me to decide what to order - they have my business forever now!

Bama Smoke House hours are closed Sunday and Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00am to 7:00pm Thursday,Friday and Saturday 11:00am to 8:00pm.Bama Smoke House will close early if the food runs out!!! If they close early it is 7:00 or 7:30pm on weekends. Best Smoked food in Tuscaloosa!!!

If you LOVE smoked meats, this is the place to eat. They have the biggest, tastiest smoked wings in Tuscaloosa. The price is always reasonable and the sides are great.
