Awful service, terrible food! What has happened to this restaurant? It used to be good, but no more!

Ordered online was giving a tan when I could pick up my order. Drove all the way there just to be told that I had to wait 20 to 30 more minutes for my food to be done.

I ordered meatloaf baked potato and snap beans to go. Received cold dry meatloaf snap beans lukewarm and a baked potato that you could play volleyball with it was like rubber also it had a lot of bacon bits on it which was fine but it was mashed down in the middle if I could have been sitting in a pile for a day or so. It also was cold enough butter would not melt. Call and was told if you come back we'll give you mashed potatoes what the hell! I give them a rating of zero I was never so displeased with a dinner in my life. Will never eat there again. And I will tell everybody I see worst meal I've ever had no taste no seasoning and dry. I hope if you go there you have better luck than I did. Thanks for listening
