In a one week period I went three times. The first time I went through the drive through tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told they were out. Two days later I went to the drive through again to order the new sweet and spicy wings, only to be told they were out of those as well. The next day I went to the drive through for a third time and was asked to wait. After 6 minutes I was still waiting. An employee taking out the trash told me the computer was down in the drive through but I could go inside to place my order. But when I parked and went inside, I was told all the computers were down so they weren't taking orders at all. That was my last time going to this establishment. If I can't place an order after 3 times in one week, I'm not going to waste my time trying. I never even got an apology for the fact they didn't have anything I tried to order. Then I was told to to wait to place an order only to never have anyone come back on the intercom and let me know they couldn't even take an order. Customer service is horrible. Based on other reviews, this is a reoccurring problem. Corporate might want to reconsider hiring new management.

Wanted to order the Blackened Chicken Sandwich and was told they were out. Placed order for other things to include 24 pc nuggets. Paid for the items and got my cups and drinks and sat down. A few minutes later the my order number 207 was call and I was told they were out of chicken nuggets. I heard the manager getting upset with the cashier saying that I told you we aren't doing those today. The cashier said they would give me a refund when the manager was able to come to the front counter. I waited about 15 minutes for the manger to come to the counter and then another cook said here are the chicken nuggets. The manager then told the cook "I told you we are not doing those today, I don't want to be back here all day". 5 minutes later I was able to get my order. So it took almost 30 minutes to get my order. I was surprised that the 4 piece chicken was 3 legs and a thigh. Every other place I order the 4 piece chicken I get a leg, thigh, wing and breast. After I ate I asked the cashier the name of the manager and was told he couldn't give it to me. I asked another manager that just got there her name and she told me she out ranked her and would not give me her name. Then the lead manager came over and said is there a problem and I yes what is your name? She said you got your nuggets didn't you and Yes but you told them not to provide customers items that are on the menu that you don't want top deal with. She said have a good day and walked away. Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a restaurant. Feel sorry for her employees since they are all scared of her and she treats them like crap. I now wonder if they just didn't want to deal with Blackened Chicken Sandwich so they said they were out.
