TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!!
I was there with my daughter for the first time, usually we go to aLittle Shop ice cream store on Ross st.
We were greeted in a grumpy way by older woman.
There was a lot of ice cream choices, so I wanted to chose between a raspberry, blueberry and one more, and asked if I can try some and decide which one to go with.
She said, yes, but ONLY ONE; and you better pick the one you like; was her reply?!!
At first I thought she was joking; but no, she was serious!
I was stunned and shocked!
I am 50 years old woman, who did not come there to "eat" an ice cream for free, by trying a couple of sample, a tiny bite, but she made me feel that way, with her comment, and sure; she pissed me off and turned me off her business right away!
Needless to say, I walked away, and went straight to that other Little Ice Cream Shop on Ross street, where they NEVER limit your to try sample, NEVER!
Their service is great and I am sure their ice cream is even better then Castle Cone
SHAME on you, how are you treating customers
