Not pleased with the cashier, she doesn't listen and is very rude. She precedes to have conversations with her tall male coworker, while not paying attention to the machine checking me out. Of course my cc purchase didn't go through the first time around.
It was not busy, i was the only one in line.
She said something to the barista who all 3 laughed. I watched her pour reg milk to my almond milk matcha latte request, and handed it to me. I then asked for the manager. She stated she was the manager.
I told her it was not funny. She said she didnt get the info on the receipt. You give someone who is lactose intolerant regular milk , they can go into unpleasant multiple gastric symptoms. So pay attention
