My family and I were at this JB Location in Albuquerque on Wednesday,June 4, 2014. The service was terrible. The wait staff were not even wearing name tags. I had to ask the waitress her name so I could fine a complaint. It seemed like no one wanted to help us with a manager name or phone number. I felt like they just brushed us off. Perhaps they were prejudice and we were singled out because we are Native Americas. We got our drinks filled once. My daughter was choking on her food and I practicaly yelled to get some water.
We eat at JB's about every other week. But we will no longer eat at a JB's restaurant.
