Rating & Review:
Sam is a fantastic chef and very very good to his customers. If you're a regular he goes out of his way to make sure that you feel appreciated. My advice to everyone is to tell him outright the number that you are willing to spend (minus tip of course!) and ask him what he thinks would be best given your likes and dislikes, and how hungry you are. He will make you something that is very good that is right for your appetite, sometimes being very creative in the process and experimenting with new rolls. My boyfriend and I usually spend 25 dollars per person on sushi/sashimi alone and it is generally the perfect amount to leave us both satisfied (and I'm a heavy eater!)

This restaurant may not be the cheapest, but their sushi chef is a cut above the rest in the area. He had a very good understanding of the artistry of the food and has yet to ever put something in front of me that I didn't adore.
