User Reviews for Snow City Cafe posted on 02/03/2009 Rating & Review: The hash browns are usually like mashed potatos and they don't seem to toast the toast enough but they are still the best breakfast place I have found in Anchorage, AK. Service is good and the prices are great, and they are semi-eco friendly!
