I have been going to Napoli's for years - they are right in my neighborhood. I find it hard to understand the negative reviews - I have never had a problem.
Little hole in the wall in a strip mall. Really not intended for dining in - one small table in the corner, I guess intended to wait for your order. Delivery or pickup recommended. I have done a lot of delivery and pickup orders with them and have always been happy.
Pizza is excellent and priced right. Great crust - not too thick or too thin, pretty much right down the middle. Golden brown on the bottom, tender and not too chewy. Sauce is very good, nice balance of sweet and tangy, nicely seasoned. just the right amount of cheese. And they do like their garlic - which is OK by me! Other ingredients are good quality as well.
Can't beat their pickup-only deal - large two-topping for $8.99, generally ready in 15-20 minutes. No coupon required. Their large size dwarfs what some other places call a large, and you just can't beat the price in this town.
Philly cheese steaks are just excellent. There are arguments verging on religious war in Anchorage over the best Philly. A lot of people swear by Napoli's and I agree. My wife grew up in Baltimore and even she gives them a nod of approval.
I encourage anyone looking for pizza or Philly's to give them a try.

I ordered two large pizzas and some hot wings for delivery. The women on the phone told me it would take 45min-1hr. It took almost 2 hrs to receive my delivery. When I received it the pizza was cold. I will never order from this place again!

I order from the Napoli's on Boniface anytime we have takeout pizza. The best I've had in Anchorage. I usually pick it up because of the special BUT even when I've been late, the pizza is still warm and great tasting! Definitely recommend.

We order to the hospital nearly weekly from here. The food is always good. The philly sandwiches are great. Never went to the restaurant.

If you plan on ordering food from this place expect it to arrive in about an 1hr 30min cold and terrbile. There so called cheese sticks are the worst I've ever seen. And to make it better the customer service is CRAP. I ordered $60.00 worth that was cold and terrible so I called about getting a credit for the food and I was offered a crazy $10.00 credit. Dont waste your time with this company!!!!
