Never had a problem with anything. Also perfect service.. Always good food. Never rude. Always seated right away. I've went in there with blue jeans, t-shirt and boots on.
I don't know if the people that left negative reviews are picky or not. But Never, ever a problem. Even when I visited the first time

I had hip surgery and getting food was a problem for me as I live alone. My friends paid for 7 meals from Nichols West for me and it has been amazing. Very polite and wonderful service. Great food too Thanks to my friend and Simon and all his crew

Our friends took us on an adventure this week. They told us we were doing lunch and they were driving. We eventually ended up in Congress, AZ. Nichols West was our planned stop. Don't let first impressions deter you. Go inside, sit and look over the menu. You will be surprised, and surprised again when you taste whatever you order. Great food and service. We will go back.

I was treated similarly to the group that were refused seating even tho I saw 3 open tables.
I was dressed appropriately, The owner acted like he did'nt want to seat me, but I insisted and was
finally seated after much huffing and puffing by the owner. I guess thay have all th money they want.
I will say they grilled onion, arugula cheeseburger was excellent but could have used a few more fries.

AMAZING Food!.....great staff! Everything is FRESH and delicious! Have been back 4 times! Trying different menu items each time! Everything is a "favorite"!
Wonderful patio out back and they are dog friendly! Even bought out a doggy water dish filled with ice!

RUDE, we were refused a table by the owner. He said they didn't have any tables yet we saw two open. He either didn't like our casual dress (which we have heard similar by others) or he didn't like us personally. Perhaps we didn't look like we were uber rich enough to him. He said it was going yo be 30 minutes, or 45, or more like an hour before he would have a table for us. No one was waiting and two places were open. When my husband looked around to see places to sit the owners wife told us they were not going to be able to seat us, and she said it in an angry manner. We got the message and left. We will not be back. Guess that's what they wanted.
