Most of the time you can not order on line. Ordering doesn’t work at this store. It is down more than it is working!!!

We've ordered twice through the drive-thru. Both times, got home and the orders were wrong. Too far to go back. Tried 2 different numbers, one just rang and rang....NO answer. Second number...was informed that it was "not a working number".
If this place is to be a success, I suggest quality control is an absolute necessity. In other words, get your act together!

Worst chicken ever made by Popeyes. It's like it's a counterfeit Popeyes from china. Orders all wrong. Sides were old warmed over crap

i ate here 12 days ago, and had a great piece of chicken. the color was the characteristic dark red color. filled out a great survey. after a taste my wife wanted to try it so i went back today, ordered a 3piece white spicy combo and a 5 piece spicy tenders. what a disappointment when i got home. after a 10 minute drive, the food was cold, and NOT what we ordered. got another 3 piece tenders. the color told me everything before i even tatsted it, bland and the chicken was not totally cooked. they did not include any sauce which was on my ticket as well as the 3 piece combo. wife was upset more than i was with the absence of sauce. i had high hopes when popeyes came to town but i will be reluctant to eat there again, b ut will when i go to tucson. the campbell store has been consistently good

Went to Popeye's for lunch today, ordered thru the long drive-up window. Got home, and the order was screwed up. We received coke instead of tea, and no sides came with the combo meal, when it clearly says that is what we ordered and paid for. Out home is 5 miles from there, then we had to go all the way back. The food is good, but the customer service needs alot more training, especially on treating customers. The lady was not at all pleasant, kinda snotty, and offered not even an apology ! Provide these kids the tools and resources they need to make my choice of restaurants a pleasant one. There are other chicken places to solicit in town ! Not off to a good start. Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive-up !

Spent $30 on a 12 piece meal and 2 of the pieces are nothing but batter with very little chicken meat in them, they are nice pieces of batter though.
