An awesome and excellent unexpected surprise. Great German food. Make sure you call first coz they have odd service hours. Pet friendly. Boat rental available. Our favorite getaway from Phoenix.

Can't recommend. Sat outside, and after a long wait had to ask server for a menu. Very limited menu. Waited again a long time for food. Wife ordered a turkey burger, no cheese. Came on sour dough bread with mushrooms, no lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Coleslaw side way to spicey.....she found it unedible. I had a burger and fries. It was okay. Nice view by the lake, but there are far better places to eat in Prescott

Do not give Lynx Lake Cafe your business!!! Other then the view there is no reason to eat there!!! The service is terrible, the owner and waitstaff are extremely rude and disrespectful and take no responsibility for their poor service (an hour to be served after order placed) and terribly cooked food ($15 burger ordered medium served raw, $15 sandwich served w/ soggy bread, and several other food quality issues after an hour wait time)! The table next to us also suffered the same issues w/ both service and food quality and rude disrespectful resolve from both staff and owner. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing the owners best course of action was to say "what do you want me to do, I don't have time for this, if you're not happy don't ever come back here again", WE WILL NOT and advise all others to avoid them. We brought out of town family here thinking they would enjoy eating at the lake and it was the biggest disappointment of their entire trip. It's a shame that due to their location they will always have customers when there are so many other restaurants in the Prescott area that will appreciate and deserve your patronage in these times when these businesses are suffering most. If considering a day at beautiful Lynx Lake due yourself a favor and enjoy the lake from the view point just up the road and either bring your own food or dine in town.
