I have never been so angry in my life until I talked to this store! I ordered deal dash for your store and after waiting a hour for my order called Firehouse and The MANAGER(at that) I could hear talking in the background about how its not her problem and she didn't care. After telling her she was very unprofessional and she should have handled it better(learning to mute a phone maybe) and that I was calling Corporate I hung up, she chose to make it worse by calling me back and harassing me about calling corporate and telling me to get my story straight before I called!
