Frank makes the best soups and quiches around!! My favorite is the wild mushroom bisque. Try it.

I just ate the best sandwich I've ever had.... I didn't know what to do. I thought about calling my mom. Just to tell her how good it was. She doesn't even live in Asheville, but I just had to tell someone! So I decided to tell YOU! Go. Eat. It's not your ordinary deli. It's a five star restaurant (just look through these reviews!) that serves culinary masterpieces between two slices of bread. Extraordinary.

The best subs, sandwichs, and pastas I've had in awhile. They are always very friendly and appreciative of your business. I work up the road at verizon wireless,my coworkers and myself have franks so much that franks actually made the " verizon special"! I would highly recommend franks if you r looking for fresh, delicious, and an unforgettable lunch.

They had a tuna salad sandwich on special the other week that was mind-boggling. Great tomato and cucumber salad side dish. Great stuff and the owners are great.

Franks is the best sandwich in town. Nobody beats their consistency and freshness. A locally owned family business that does it right. It is always spot on. Best italian in town. Best secret in town... but don't know why they don't get more buzz. But if you eat there once, you will be a regular. I was hooked after first sandwich.

Thank god for Frank's! I am so bored of the same old same old sandwiches from all of the "Local" sub shop chains. You want to taste what awesome "Local" food is, go to Frank's.
Frank's Deli is by far the best and freshest sandwich shop in the Asheville area. As foodies, we all know that fresh is the only way to go, and everything I have eaten at Frank's is that. Anything on the nicely sized staple menu could easily take place of any daily sandwich special they have there...it's all special. We're talking freshly prepared sauces, homemade quiche, awesome baked goods, fresh made side choices, and quality Boar's Head meats at a cheaper price than our grocery stores.
If you're into supporting your local businesses, going to Frank's is a win-win situation.

Frank's is a hole-in-the-wall Northern/NY style deli. The sandwiches are all great - I've tried almost the entire menu (except for the vegetarian options) and have liked everything. The meatball sub is out of this world and is two meals on most days.
Frank and his family are friendly, courteous, and are always generally happy to see their customers, especially returning regulars.
Very limited seating is outside - a couple picnic tables and a couple two-seat metal tables are available. Most folks get food to go. Additionally, Frank's Deli offers Boar's Head meats and Frank's is where we go for our cold cuts and cheeses every week.
The best is when you fill up your Frank's card and get a sandwich on the house. Good times.
