02/09/2012 - never return
The service was ok but, we sat in view of the kitchen. The cooks were handling the food with no gloves! Like grabbing a stake with their whole hand not just finger tips. Needless to say we did not finish our food and will NEVER GO BACK!

I watched the kitchen as my seat caught a partial view. These cats work. I worked in a kitchen with twice as many and couldn't push out amazing food as they do. I'm coming for a job. . . . I'm ready to learn!

Though the staff are polite they are obviously overworked so service is not good. They seem to be taking extra time to repeat a corporate script to maximize their sales, but are missing every opportunity to provide actual pleasant experience. The steaks are overly seasoned, though the meat is good enough. Everything else on the menu (sides, apps, desserts) are obviously pre-packaged/frozen/reheated. The plates arrive at the table with grease around the rims, and with no effort to make an attractive presentation. Some plates arrived half empty with greasy blood pooling around the plate. Bread was underdone doughballs, and served with some kind of butter-substitute full of artificial maple syrup flavor. To add insult to injury this margerine is rationed into a single scoop in a half-inch diameter ramekin. The bar pours drinks with little measuring cups as if to suggest patrons are not worthy of an extra drop or shouldn't trust our employees to be honest. Either way it makes for an uncomfortable experience.
