I am soo sad it’s gone...
What an interesting brilliant owner Dante was....old school...touching base with every customer ...showing the rescued alligators...
He was so personable...whether it be a brief time...or 45 minutes to more than an hour of interesting stories!!!! Until the next visit! What a life Dante had!
Very eccentric...loved hearing he actually lived on a custom designed railroad car (at the time) in Atlanta downtown central railroad junction...
He also owned an “engine” car to take him anywhere (especially the Midwest where he was from evidently)..can you imagine? Having your own railroad driver’s license??hahaha!
I alway had the dream of meeting “The Wizard of Oz”...and Mr. Dante was the closest I ever got to the realization.
