Most organizations strive for a 100% satisfaction and build their brand from customer service.
Today I have personally experience the most horrible customer service from Walton Way Deli. I usually recommend this place to people all the time. After today, I will not recommend this place to anyone due to the horrible language the OWNER used with me. I do not eat pork and was not aware of the potato salad having pork bacon as an ingredient. I called Walton way Deli and spoke with the owner’s wife and asked “Do you all list that you have pork in your potato salad or menu items”. Her response is that we have been making it that way for over 12 years and we never had that question. Well I ordered a Veggie Sandwich and potato salad (WOW! does anything about my meal standout to anyone, no meat). She proceeded with her husband taking over the phone only to CURSE ME OUT and say to me that my body is made of protein and that I can’t get sick from eating pork (where is qualified Medical personnel when you need it). NO PhD’s are required to answer or to understand the owners’ lack of personality and customer service skills.

Food is terrific. Some of the best sandwiches and soups in town. Open to any twist you want to put on a sandwich. Reasonable prices. If they don't know you now, they will by the time you leave. Beyond casual.
