This location is the rudest place I have ever been in. They eat on the job, they don’t have any customer service. They don’t greet or say thank for coming. WoW . I have go to Buda or San Marcos to get good service. They don’t even get a star

Rude rude rude I went to KFC at 9:20PM on Friday and I walked into the lobby and a male and female stared at me so I asked are y'all closed for the evening they looked at me and ignored me so I asked again and again they ignored me.....mind you I was confused because it was only 9:20 and they looked like they were cleaning so I saw the drive threw person and asked her when she looked straight at me "are y'all closed already or do I have to go throught the drive through" and she like the other two ignored me I felt very disrespected so I turned and walked out of the door as soon as I walked out a female came running to door to lock it but like I said it was only 9:20pm I would like something done about this but I know that it will probably not happen

Every time I go to kyle location they forget something from jalapeños to biscuits . Yesterday topped it off went with family we never spend less than 30 dollars and it was 9 pm our services was horrible destany our cashier had blue bandaid on neck and was very rude we asked for 2 pot pies tried to encourage us to order something else since made to order then got are order wrong. No one was at front to take orders had to yell for someone ...something needs to change.

on 12/15/09 at 7:29 pm I stopped on my way home and placed two separate orders. The store was busy so I came inside as every time I do the drive Thur I get home and my order is wrong. So I didn't chance it. I got home and my order was correct, but my fried were cold and limp. I checked my sons order and his were also cold. He was OK with it as he was ready to eat.I called the store manager who asked me WHAT I wanted him to do about it? And that he would replace my fries if I like. So I was expected to drive back , getting my babies out in the cold for fries... Come on. I am very mad. He refused to give me any information on his supervisor when I asked.. only saying He was the store manager. I have been in food service for 15 years and I understand when things happen but this is not how you Handel it and it is always something wrong.. every time We go there.I honestly hate when my kids ask for kfc of LJs because I know what it will be. Word of mouth is very effective in all kinds of business.. especially food services.. I would think your store mgr would have tried to make me happy.
