on 12/15/09 at 7:29 pm I stopped on my way home and placed two separate orders. The store was busy so I came inside as every time I do the drive Thur I get home and my order is wrong. So I didn't chance it. I got home and my order was correct, but my fried were cold and limp. I checked my sons order and his were also cold. He was OK with it as he was ready to eat.I called the store manager who asked me WHAT I wanted him to do about it? And that he would replace my fries if I like. So I was expected to drive back , getting my babies out in the cold for fries... Come on. I am very mad. He refused to give me any information on his supervisor when I asked.. only saying He was the store manager. I have been in food service for 15 years and I understand when things happen but this is not how you Handel it and it is always something wrong.. every time We go there.I honestly hate when my kids ask for kfc of LJs because I know what it will be. Word of mouth is very effective in all kinds of business.. especially food services.. I would think your store mgr would have tried to make me happy.
