Ordered for pick-up 45 min to close. I ordered steak pho and 1 order of crab rangoons. I should've checked my food before leaving. When i got home and opened the box of rangoons, I immediately noticed their dark brown color and knew they were way over cooked...I then took a bite and to no surprise at all.... they were completely burnt. So much so, there was little to no cream cheese inside of them whatsoever. I was incredibly disappointed and had to throw them all away because they were inedible and quite frankly, disgusting. And I was starving and would've eaten almost anything, that's how bad they tasted.
Next time I would have appreciated if they would've told me they were out of crab rangoons for the day....instead of charging me for burnt, stale, who knows how old food. Never ordering from here again. Will make the drive to 888 in Austin next time.
