I don't give out too many 5 star ratings but Fuji definitely deserved it. This was my first time with "gai-jin" friends from the Edgewater area. I am from California where sushi restaurants abound. Two of us had the chirashi sushi and the other had the regular sushi dinners. The presentation of the chirashi was the most exquisite I had ever seen! The amount of sashimi and other items were normally what I received when I order the sashimi dinner. Best yet --- every piece of sashimi was the freshest I had tasted in a long time. Even in the San Francisco Bay Area I've never had every piece of absolutely fresh sashimi. Now that I know they have a happy hour, I will certainly go there one more time before going home.
