The first review obviously was written by someone who does not know ANYTHING about Johns Italian Deli. He probably tried to use a coupon that was about 7 yrs old and tried to pass it off. The person at the order station, probably knew what he was doing, and said NO, we cannot honor this. He wanted something for nothing. After the fire, was 7 yrs ago. John's Italian deli has been a mainstay in the area, and this jerk was disgruntled because he could not use a 7 yr. old coupon. If you are looking for Wonderfully fresh food, great Subs, Majestic Pizza, then try out John;s yourself. Do not listen to anyone but yourself. The proof is in the food and the quality of ingredients that they use. Only the freshest and best. Come on in and see for yourself.

The food is the best however don't go there with one of JOHN"S discount coupons that was given out not to long after they reopened from the fire. You will be treated with dis-respect and ill manners. The nice old lady at the counter obviously running the place was smiling at one of her younger male relatives as if to say "why have you come here on a Saturday night when we aren't as busy as we would like to be and have to sell you a sub on discount"? I do like the food but won't go back because of the negative attitude that has been communicated over the past few times I visited with coupons or no coupons.
