Absolute worst experience ever. Only 3 tables and they still couldn’t handle. No one got food. People waiting 1 hr for pizza and fries. Heard everyone else left bc no one ever came over.
Do not go here!!!!!!

I'm unsure how this business is still around. I went to leave a review on Google and they all sounded very prompted and were posted at the same time, most talking about how fresh (and not frozen) the food was. I'm pretty sure the owner is having people write reviews for them. MENUPIX used to be visible under their reviews but J&Ps must have gotten rid of that, along with their link to YELP. My local friends told me not to go here and I should have listened. Food barely resembled anything edible, the wait staff was barely around, the place was a mess, I heard a man SCREAMING at someone in the back ... it's just not worth going.

New owner is horrible. Customer service is, what's worse than horrible? I saw this man post customer information on Google for all to see. I don't care what the customer did or said -- that's not how you deal with things. The last time I ate there, the food was passable as food but to actually witness the owner screaming at a young employee put me off of lunch.
Santonis is across the street and so much better. Spend your money there.
Seriously afraid to put my real name on here since the owner blasts bad reviewers.

This restaurant has changed ownership and the quality is not the same. The new owner is unkind to customers and employees. If there is a mistake with the order, he does not give refunds or deliver what is missing. I have also heard him yell at his employees and treat the terribly. The staff from the previous owner quit.

Have eaten LOTS of pizza.
The two I ordered from J & P, Caprisiosa and Spinach Gourmet, were outstanding!
Is that crust made by hand? That is to say someone kneaded it then stretched it by tossing it in the air?
Don't know - haven't called to find out. Anyway the crust was deliciously chewy with a background flavor.perfect for each distinctive topping.
The toppings on both were a blend of cheeses and vegetables spread out specifically for each pizza.
(Garlic on the Spinach Gourmet was a lovely surprise.)
We'll be back!!
