I thought the food was great. It was simple yet very yummy.

I came to the restaurant when it was Si Salsa & swore I would NEVER return. The service was slow, food was horrible, and the drinks were way to strong. I really felt like the bar tender was more intent on flirting with me then mixing my drink properly. Also I felt the staff rather talk and mingle with each other then asking if we needed anything. So a friend of mine heard that Si Salas was sold & is now totally redone operating under a new name. We decided to give it a try. Well the place looked different & with a new name but same issues as the old place. Drinks were waaaaaay to strong (and same very over flirtatious bartender) I didn't even finish it. Food was greasy, under cooked, & bun on my burger looked like something from a grocery store bakery. The grease was actually soaked into the bottom part of the bun. My friend & I only ordered burgers & a mixed drink. I was very unsatisfied. The money they spent on re decorating the place they should have spent on a book titled "The restaurant biz for dummies". All in all I will not be going back, best of luck to any one who does.

My girlfriend and I decided to dine at restaurant we hear of called "Elements" yesterday evening. It was a good fun experience. When you enter "Elements" you"ll immediately notice that it's very spacious restaurant that houses an interesting mix of hip, young professionals (usually, but no confined to the bar area) and mature, established couples (usually in the dinning area but not exclusive to).

We sat at the bar and had a nice time talking to the bartender and adjacent customers. The drinks were refreshing and the food came out on time. The restaurant Manager (an exotic looking female) comes around to engages in small talk with all the guests. She's very friendly and does asks your opinion on how to make 'your' evening better. That was a first for us as we've never had the restaurant manager interact with us before, unless we had a compliant.

Overall, 'Elements' is a enjoyable place to be. Absolutely no complaints.

I do think your drinks menu needs to play on your name "Elements" and you can create specialty drinks the focus on earth, air, water and fire.

I tried out Elements for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to admit it was a good experience. I'm a young professional and I came to Elements after work for a quick drink and meal.

I ordered a double shot Long Island Iced Tea with the Crab Mac & Cheese entree. I was surprised at how tasty the meal was. The server presented me with a hot plate of macaroni & zesty cheeses, mixed with delectable pieces of crab meat, chopped Scallions topped with Bread Crumbs and a side of golden brown french fries. It was apparent that the kitchen staff took pride in the presentation of this dish. I looked delicious and smelled even better.

My Long Island Iced Tea was strong and refreshing. The female bartender was really friendly and provided humorous conversation for the hour that I was there. She was really cute too;)

Elements has a relaxing ambiance and you'll immediately feel comfortable when you enter their doors. Their servers are honest and friendly and from what I remember seeing they have more appetizing entree's on the menu. Keep in mind that Elements has not officially launched in Pikesville (from what I was told), so their may be some minor kinks that have to be ironed out, but overall the service is good and I enjoyed my meal. I will be back.
