Always great food but guy is always rude . Wish they would reopen lobby

Rude, Rude, Rude!!! Good food, but it isn't worth it. I must say that I was treated rudely by the young man taking orders at the front. He couldn't hear me due to the protective shield that separates the customers from employees and so he proceeds to yell at me. Needless to say, I'll never go back.

This USED to be our go to Chinese restaurant on this side of town. Excellent food, but last Friday was SO rude and unprofessional, this may have been our last time. We drove 30 minutes, asked to be seated and was told "we are ONLY doing take out tonight." There was a couple already seated with drinks, yet we were being turned away. I said, seriously? He said, "well you can sit down, but you will be waiting a while." HOW is takeout going to be faster than bringing it out in a dish. I should have said, OK, we'll get take out and eat it in the cardboard containers at a table. I get it your busy, but when you treat regular customers (or any for that matter) with this unprofessional and rude behavior - you don't need to be in the restaurant business. They are usually much slower and then they love for you to come in... but busy, they don't really care or need your business for that couple hours anyway. SO, we might be back - or not - either way, you've made some regulars mad and that will hurt your bottom line - especially since I know we're not the only ones!

Food a must, dine-in a mustn't! Unless you like to be treated as a ghastly decrepit lost ghost spirit who wants a refill every now and again.
