User Reviews for Carl's Ice Cream Factory Mouse posted on 06/06/2010 Rating & Review: The ice cream is very good but the service around lunch time can be very bad. Going to the drive up can take you over 30 minutes. I have had to leave because at lunch there was only one person working there. It has happened more than once and you woudl think that they could add more people. Still...the ice cream is worth it. Just don't go at lunch time!
