I travel to Boston a few times a year and I always go to Carlo's. Not only that I have recommended it to many business associates and family and friends and they all rave about the place. It is a wonderful dinning or lunch experience and the food is always fantastic!!!

I have been going to this place for my pre-Boston Marathon meal since 1996. It is the BEST authentic Italian food and atmosphere in Boston. But go early if you don't want to wait for a table.

This place is amazing but I do agree that the tables are very tight! You can go in the basement to wait though, as the place gets crowded and get wine while you wait.
I highly recomment this place!!

Fabulous food for a great value. However, the tables are tightly packed into a small restaurant and the chairs are pretty uncomfortable. Overall, the service is good and the food is delicious!
