I was mistreated by the owner of this place. I called to ask if they sale pastrami by the pound and the price, and he was very rude. He said: "I don't give quotes over the phone." I was a regular consumer and since then I am not. Fortunately there are other deli options in the area.

Simply the best Corned Beef sandwhich in Boston.All sandwhiches are piled high.My favorite deli at Michaels is the turkey off the rack,to die for!

Awful.................ordered a C/B sandwich to split between my G/F and I. We couldn't eat it it was so fatty. Michael came over and asked how we were enjoying it, and I showed him the mostly uneaten sandwich. He replies saying that we should have oderered the lean C/B, and walked away.
We left and went to Zaftigs for a good meal.
Michael's was dark, dingy, and dirty. With an attitute like his, It's a wonder he's still in business.
We were there some time ago.............and never again.....and I do pass the info along....

I love the top quality meats they use. Portions are big which validate the price.
