Like double dipping??? Well at Saigon Express, if you order those Spring Rolls and like to dip them in the peanut sauce, just know that you are dipping in used sauce. When the last customer dipped their Spring Roll in the peanut sauce, but didn't finish it, the owners demand that that sauce was put back into the Big Jar of peanut sauce, to be recycled! Same with the other sauces, and YES! even the veges they give you. If someone else didn't use all of their veges, they are returned to the pile, to be doled out to the next unsuspecting customer...So nice to share with others, isn't it?
And if some of your cooked food happens to fall on the floor in the kitchen, the motto must be, "waste not, want not", because that food will be promptly scooped up and returned to your bowl. Yummy! How do I know?
A friend of mine worked there for a short time. That friend is too nice to tell, but I am not and I will NEVER step foot in there again!

Awesome pho and spring rolls and the peanut sauce is so good, you'll be scraping whatevers left from the bowl. I've had almost every flavor of Boba and haven't been disappointed yet!

Very good pho (pho-ga and raw beef). Saigon rolls were excellent. Egg rolls so-so.
