If you don't mind the occasional hippy snarfs make a pretty mean sandwich. My two favorites are the French dip and the turkey. I really like the pickled jalapeņos they put on... I recommend ordering the sandwich with everything. This both avoids the chance they'll mess up your order and gives you the sandwich as it was meant to be.
The service is good. They ask for your name (this can be difficult if you have an unusual name, as I do), but they are usually pretty speedy about making the sandwich.
The new location is not as rundown as the old place, but is lacking a little in atmosphere... not hippy enough for my liking.

The food is fairly good for a jazzed up fast food hole.. its run mostly by stinky hippies with bad attitudes.. they messed up my order ( i ordered a cheaper sandwich and they made the more expensive version) I offered to pay for what I ordered, but the manager decided to yell at me and threaten to never deliver to my business again.. when I tried to discuss it with the owner he didnt let me get out two words before he "didn't want to hear anymore" .. he claimed he would take care of it but never asked who I was or where I worked .. hence the bad service rating.
