Arrived at the Osoyoos McDonalds today at 3:15 pm. Stood in the lineup to order for twenty minutes and was never even acknowledged by staff at the counter. The restaurant was not busy inside, however they ignored walk in customers totally. I will never be back!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger...all I got was the bun, cheese and bacon....no pattie...really frustrating especially when they were swamped and I didn't want to wait in a line up again.
