I am not one to write a review, but this experience has to be told.
Night started off great. The first young woman to seat us was absolutely beautiful. Friendly, outgoing and just a pleasure. Then Amy happened!! It started off great. Your typical cracked glass. Replaced, no problem. Thought our night was going well. We received our appies, really good! Once Amy came to take away the plates, she asked of we needed refills on our drink. I said no, but then realized my boyfriend needed one, she gave us the ugh sigh. As if we just inconvenience her. Wtf? We just shook it off. Kid got her food early, perfect!! I got a salad with two carrots shavings, a single piece of shredded cabbage, the second to end piece of a tomato, with lettuce. I had asked for a medium rare filet, with the "fire grilled" scallops.
I received oven rubber and a brown steak.
When Amy did make an appearance she asked how everything was going. Said we weren't happy with mine. She asked if I would suffer through the meal. Wtf?!?!
While we went to pay, she makes a back handed comment about how she would tell us to go somewhere else, but we are the only steak house around.
I know there is great service there. We watched as the other servers did an amazing job with their tables.
Not sure if Amy was having a sh-t night, but she wasn't very good tonight. 200$ for shot service. She only got a 10 $ tip. She didn't even deserve that.
Not ever interested in going back.

Arrived at restaurant at approximately 6:45 pm Tuesday Feb 13 2018. We were asked if we had a reservation which we did not. Server said it would be a half hour wait. We said fine we will order a drink and wait. She responded that no one was available to take our order for a half hour. We said that we could order from the bartender (who was not busy) and she said no one was available to accommodate us for a half hour. Manager came to us confirmed her statement. We gave them many options to accommodate us and we were blatantly told they could not. Their attitude is stuck in the seventies and they really need to learn about good customer service. We ended up going to Beefeaters and experienced exceptional service and fantastic cuisine, on the water overlooking Departure Bay. It was a wonderful experience and will choose that restaurant in a heart beat over the Bold Knight.
