1hr delivery, and the food and box was cold? Called the store this morning and talked to a manager named Robert told was not happy with the over all delivery charge or was I told the pizza charge and the delivery charge up front. My total charge was 15.00 plus we were bizzy at work and just handed the driver my card and a tip not realizing a receipt just my cc receipt this morning so I don't know exactly what time I ordered or received. Robert told me they only had 6 deliveries and there's was no reason it should have taken long. But I guess I'm wrong and it's hard to fight when you don't have the receipt. The box its self was soggy/damp on the bottom. 10.00 lg. half meat loves and half pep. hand tossed the pizza was cool to the touch mind you 6 deliveries for the whole day and I would have went to get it for a pick up cause your less than 5 min away???? But like I said wasn't able to leave... I called the main office in Mc Allen Texas and they didn't seem to concern about it ether??? The whole office @ 1:30 was out and no one can hear me out. So buyers beware if you're in San Benito TX. Make sure you get a receipt and check the order and get a time verbally and the name... its sad but I dint so I'm out. -- no one will help!
