Libby"s blue line Dinner has gone down hill these pass few weeks that's for sure. I don't know if its the hired help or if its lack of hired help but one things for sure the cooking is not the same as it use too. WHERE'S THE LITTLE SHORT COOK? He was the diner. Sorry Libby but you lost the best cook that place had.

Had the worst breakfast that I can ever remember eating. The home fries appear to have been frozen and then deep fried to a mush texture. My sausage and mushroom omelet when cut into a fluid came out of it, which I believe was from the liquid in the canned mushroom. In all very poor quality..

Libby's is an excellent example of an old-fashioned greasy-spoon diner with a special VT flare to it. The food is great...the service is quick & friendly...and the prices are not too, too bad. They have great burgers, and pancakes!

This review is rather belated since it's been a while since we ate there. However, we were just discussing the spinach salad we had there. It was excellent. As were the other meals ordered.
