Worst service ever!!! The owner/waiter does not know the meaning of customer service if it slapped him in the face. Me and a few friends went there for shisha, and were seated on couches that could only accommodate 4 people, even though I told them we were expecting more people. After a while we were joined by the remainder of our party, who brought over chairs from some of the other table so that we could all sit. The owner approached us and simply told us that only 4 people were allowed at the sitting area, and nothing else. He did not mention that we would be reseated and spoke to us in a really rude tone. We were then told by another waiter that we would be reseated and that he would bring us menus (which took about 45 minutes to get). After one hour passed, he approached us and started to yell at us (scream) and tell us that we "disrespected him in his restaurant" and slammed a chair at a near by table. Me and my friends got up to leave, and I approached him to try to understand why he reacted the way he did. The guy didn't even have the decency to apologize, he made no sense what so ever, and contradicted himself completely. Honestly don't go to quavados if your looking for customer service. Also, to the jackass owner if you ever read this, I suggest you look up the definition of customer service and do you know how stupid you sound when you tell someone they "disrespected you in their restaurant". As for the food it is completely overpriced and nothing special.
