I just love Little Rosie's. But I must say since they have opened I have had 25 burritos always the same....and when the owner is there I notice a big difference!!! The tortilla is cooked to perfection and the burrito is wrapped to perfection filled with meat and beans. On the other hand when he is not there my burrito on at least 6 occasions it's smaller, undercooked tortilla, underfilled (always still hungrey).
