User Reviews for Kowloon Chinese Restaurant Diane G. posted on 05/26/2011 Rating & Review: Best Chinese food that I have found since moving here from Belmont Shore 3 years ago. Amazing egg foo young, chow mein, and rice. We always do take out, and the amount of food they give you is awesome.
