I have been a customer for a long time. Yesterday 4/30/22 was the worst experience. I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries. The order came, the fries were hard, like they had been froze for months. I motioned the girl to come back, I gave them to her. She said no problem. Not even a minute, she was back with another order. Barely warm and some were hard. Then the cheeseburger. The hamburger patty was so hard, it was tough bitting into it. The bun had to be around for a few days, because the top bun was peeling off. Crumbs everywhere. Apparently new help. Very disappointed. Gonna think twice about going back.

No need for guidlines. Me and my girlfriend stopped for a quick bite to eat. I've been going there all my life. a real treat for a family night out. Last night was not one of those nights. The service was quick due to one other car there. Anyway, the food was not at all what i was used to in the past years. Order to go, 2 sloppy joes with onions and vanilla shake. My girl ordered aswiss cheese burger. no pickles or relish. got home, the swiss cheeseburger had pickles and relish. My sloppy joes were a mess. no onions, folded in half like they were sopposed to be. Buns were hard on one side and saturated on other. Shakes were good thow. Sorry to see such a landmark go to the pits.

I was sincerely dissapointed. The quality of the rootbeer and food has excessively declined over the years..
