We went into the diner at 10am waited 20 min tables were empty, waited another 25 for the waitress to come over, waited another 20 min for the drinks, sat for almost 45-50 min for the food, it was terrible was never given butter or syrup for the French toast or pancakes, my bacon came out raw, 2 pieces stuck together so not cooked at all, 5 pieces of home fries, got another order wrong, couldn’t get another iced coffee because they had no ice, the waitress came over to the table in the beginning and that was it, absolutely terrible service no one checked on us to say I’m sorry for the delay ……nothing no acknowledgment whatsoever. Asked for a manger to the waitress (that we only saw 2x) and waited another 30 min, no manager, checked, table cleared nothing.
People who came in 35 min after us were already leaving while we were still eating. Worst place I have ever been too.
