Just got food from here delivered. Our dessert pizza has black soot all over the container, sides, and bottom. I called and asked for a refund or replacement. They wouldn’t give me either. They don’t do refunds and a delivery to replace would “take too long”. I said we would just take the loss I guess and they put their manager on the phone. He told me it’s just the toppings are burnt. I let him know it definitely is not. The top is fine, it is sediment from wherever it was cooked. Maybe it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. He raised his voice and said “I do know since I am the one who cut it.”
I thanked him and told him to have a nice day and hung up.
If you are a manger- why would you send this to someone’s house. Then refuse any sort of solution. It smells like cigarettes and is covering the entire bottom of the pizza and the container. Sad we couldn’t find a solution. Hope that manager is able to get some retraining so he can be a happier person
