made an online order....MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WITHIN THE LAST 2 MONTHS....just got a call back stating that they do not deliver where i am located at (mind you i literally just got a 20pc wings like a few days ago). so i said to the woman, YOU ALWAYS HAVE DELIVERED HERE BEFORE AND ASKED WHAT CHANGED....she says, WE DON'T AND WE WONT AND YOU CAN COME AND GET IT OR I AM CANCELLING THE ORDER......HUH?!!!! first you call me and lie then you tell me you not doing something that you have been doing the entire time then you give me an ultimatum? if there was a change in something then JUST TELL THE DAMN TRUTH....if you are short drivers...THEN JUST TELL THE DAMN TRUTH...DON'T CALL ME AND TELL ME YOU DON'T DELIVER TO WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN FOR THE LONGEST TIME AND THEN CHALLENGE ME BY SAYING "I PROMISE YOU THAT WE NEVER AND WONT DELIVER TO THAT ADDRESS"... The woman was rude, disrespectful, a liar, aggressive and lost my business from this experience. the food was good up until i got this bad experience and taste in my mouth from ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A follow up call will be made...you can bet that.
