I took my girlfriend out tonight for a celebration dinner, but what a miserable disappointment. We went to Dominica's Caribbean Kitchen, here in Hixson, AND........ it was a MAJOR disappointment. My jerk chicken, was nothing but chicken BACKS, much bones and gristle but PRECIOUS little meat. It was accompanied by rice, long in the tooth, with a few black beans, also long in the tooth, which was cold, in fact the whole plate was cold. Debbie had the pork, which was about the same, cold and old. This little bit of misery came to over $32.....Need I say more? Avoid this pseudo-Caribbean bone yard at all times.........Less than one hour home, my wife is in bed with MSG poisoning....
