When I was a child my family went to China-Town, and we would eat there. Once it moved out of Chicago and into Palos Hills we followed. I have to say they set the gold standard for Lemon Chicken, Hot and Sour Soup, Beef and Broccoli Chow Foon, Spring Rolls and many of their wonderful dishes.
Hong Min will always have a special place in our hearts, and I'm saddened that it permanently closed. I am grateful that I was able to experience their wonderful dishes and I will always have fond memories of this wonderful restaurant.
I'd like to wish everyone from the owners to the staff my best in their future endeavors.
As a person once told me, everything must come to an end, nothing lasts forever.
There will never be another restaurant like this one!

Best Chinese food in the State. Chow fun is unbelievable and don’t miss out on the Chicken Curry Puffs! Delicious hot and sour soup. Kung Po is awesome. I drive 45+ min to eat herw

Real good Appetizers and the service was real fast but the Entree's were awful, both the kung pao and Mongolian beef had the same over salty gravy, which tasted like gravy master and soy sauce
