I have not been to France but when I get a chance to travel. If Paris Bistro is 1/10th of what Paris is like. then I can say they have done an amazing job. From the moment you walk in you feel like you have been transported. the beautiful French speaking music and the décor is quaint.
The food is also extensive. They have escargot as an appetizer and amazing wine selection that went well with my steak and frites. The sauce is delicious. the portions are reasonable, and the best part is the dessert Crêpes.
I can't wait to go back and try everything.
