Great food good prices and friendly atmosphere. The waitresses are great too. Very friendly and a lot of fun to be around. Make you feel like family.. keep up the good work.

My husband and I went to Stratos for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted and sat down. We already knew what we wanted off the menu. Which was the soup and salad bar for me, and breakfast for my husband.I was served a juice glass size of ice water, while my husband ordered coffee. The waitress we had should have retired at least 10 yrs ago because she was horrible at her job! It took her at least 15 mins. to come to our table to take our order! In the process of waiting to place our order, I got up to look at the salad bar items. Omg it was nearly empty! Wilted lettuce, no bacon bits, only a cupful of potatoe salad, cole slaw, and macaroni was left! All the pasta salad was empty completely! There went my plans for a salad bar! The slow -ss waitress finally comes to take our order, my husband complained about the salad bar being empty, and she glanced at it salad bar and agreed it needed to be restocked, but did absolutely nothing in informing the help to restock it! Therefore I just ordered a hamburger with fries. My husband simply wanted eggs, hash browns, and sausage. The waitress didn’t even write down his order correctly! She forgot sausage! There were approximately 15 customers dining there ,and it was not that busy! We noticed the help standing around just bullshitting, and another waitress over 50 actually sat in a booth next to us for over 15 mins bullshitting to the couple who were eating! We now have been waiting for a half hour for our order! Our waitress never once asked us if we’d like more coffee or water refill! We watched 2 women walk in and were seated a table away from us. The same waitress took their order and 10 mins later,here she comes with their food...a hamburger, fries, and a burrito! We had been waiting over a half hr! So that was it for us! We got up and paid for a lousy cup of coffee and walked out! That was the worst dining experience we had in our life! We will NEVER go back there again!
