User Reviews for Ni's Express Used to be FASTEST and BEST posted on 02/15/2012 Rating & Review: You can tell when ownership changed hands, The sign changed and right along with that the food quality tanked. This place used to be a Chinese place to visit. Im not sure what happened, but I would rather eat out of a dumpster (comparable food, cheaper price) I sure hope they can re-create the old Ni's and start making fresh/good food again.
