Their product are very good, their service is terrible, and I will not use them again. I went to get a small birthday cake on Thursday, very simply, chocolate, buttercream icing. I used to run a bakery. I was told they could get a small, 8" overpriced $35 chocolate cake with icing in 2 days. Impossible. It was important to me, I found out in short time I needed a cake, and was given the option of a 1yr old's smash cake, or cupcakes. Those are hardly satisfactory options. I know they can easily mix up more batter and pop a cake in the oven, it's not like I was asking for a wedding cake. I'll get a cake from a local grocery store or make it myself before doing business with this bakery again. When they're too arrogant to take an order I know wil take them little time to complete, they don't deserve to be in business.
