In a previous meal I got a small piece of clean meat - outstanding. This time I got a sorry chicken fried piece of fatty pork chop. Have you lost money on product and changed your business model? Don't like selling the cheaper Sr plates? Sabotage? I remember a waitress at the defunct barbecued joint by the courthouse sold me a grizzled fatty to go sandwich. That was it with me. She was mad about her husband being in TDC. I regret that I didn't tell the nice lady that owned the place. Now that I have complained I will have to go else were in the future. By
